Best Planner in California! Our journey on finding a wedding planner was so difficult. We had so many appointments with different companies in the bay and nothing was finalized because of our budget or because of the feeling that other vendors were giving us. We knew that approaching one of the top wedding planners would give us the result that we were looking for but we couldn't afford it. My (now) wife came home one day and said "She is having free consultations. Let's talk with her and if is way out of our budget I understand but I just want to talk with her (Alexandra)." So we did. We explain to her that our budget might be too low for what to charge and Alexandra stop us right there - "Please don't say that, let's talk" Long story short her price by that time (2018) was $10,000, she took us as partial planning -because we had time but no clue what to do- and we had the most amazing wedding ever. She used her budgeting skills and we end up spending $1000 less overall. 100% RECOMMENDED!

We consult so many wedding planners but none seems to be on the same page with us. Until we hired GFH back in April 2019 and O.M.G! Alexandra designed the ceremony and venue area and planned and coordinate every single detail. My wife wanted live music. Alexandra went above and beyond to get the perfect band for us. Another plus that we saw in this company is that the owner traveled the world quite a bit, has vast knowledge about other cultures, and knows how to approach people with different backgrounds. She knows what the trends are and how to make the event unique. People asked us where we got the decorations because there was nothing like they'd seen before. The best $15,000 that I ever invested!! We had a bridal shower, mix bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding, and brunch after all was planned by Alexandra. The team is very responsive and pays attention to details. Our food was all vegan and delicious. They manage to find all these small business owners and put everything together in 10 months. Did I mention they cooked on-site from scratch??? I am obsessed! Alexandra speaks Spanish and that was so convenient for most of the guests that did not speak English. We hired GFH for Day of Coordination. I never imagine Alexandra will put so much into our event. She start working from day one (3 months before). We had unlimited consultation and being the first in the family who got married we had no clue what to do but yet not have the budget for a wedding planner. Alexandra did answer all our questions and recommended vendors all free of charge. She is very responsive even after hours. We are a busy couple working and studying so we always had appointments with her after 6 pm (sometimes 9 pm). Alexandra had on the floor 2 other assistants. Everything went so smoothly and elegantly.
